These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STRE.ME website, progressive web app, analytics dashboard, and any SMS communications or pilot programs operated by Streme Inc. (d/b/a STRE.ME). By accessing our services or participating in any STRE.ME program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Part 1: Website and Platform Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using stre.me, app.stre.me, or admin.stre.me (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of Services
STRE.ME is a behavioral reinforcement platform designed to help individuals and organizations close the gap between knowing and doing. Services may include web-based learning tools, analytics dashboards, coaching prompts, and SMS-based program delivery.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@stre.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. STRE.ME is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or software from the Platform without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and curriculum materials — is the property of Streme Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use STRE.ME's trademarks, trade names, or proprietary content without prior written consent.
6. User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the Platform (including survey responses, feedback, or program data), you grant STRE.ME a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve our services. You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell your content to third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as SMS delivery providers). STRE.ME is not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. STRE.ME does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Behavioral outcomes described in our materials are illustrative and not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streme Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to STRE.ME in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
STRE.ME reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, STRE.ME, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@stre.me.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your email address or phone number on file. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Part 2: SMS Program Terms
These SMS Program Terms apply specifically to any text message (SMS) communications you receive from STRE.ME, including pilot programs, behavioral reinforcement messages, coaching prompts, and check-ins. By opting in to receive SMS messages from STRE.ME, you agree to these terms in addition to the Website and Platform Terms above.
1. Program Description
STRE.ME sends text messages to support behavioral reinforcement and learning application. Messages may include reminders, follow-up prompts, reflection questions, and program check-ins. This is a service-based messaging program, not a marketing or promotional SMS program.
2. Consent and Opt-In
You must affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages from STRE.ME before we will send you any text messages. Consent may be provided verbally during a program onboarding conversation, via a web-based opt-in form, or by texting a designated keyword to our program number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from STRE.ME.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your program participation and stage. During active program periods, you may receive up to several messages per week. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages outside of your program scope.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. STRE.ME is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier as a result of receiving our messages.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of STRE.ME SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To opt back in after opting out, contact us at info@stre.me or re-enroll through your program.
6. Help
For assistance with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@stre.me. We will respond within one business day.
7. Supported Carriers
STRE.ME SMS messages are compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all devices or plans.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and any information shared through SMS communications are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message content is used solely to deliver and improve your STRE.ME program experience.
9. Pilot Program Participation
If you are participating in a STRE.ME pilot program, your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by replying STOP to any message or by notifying us at info@stre.me. Pilot program data, including response patterns and engagement metrics, may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve the STRE.ME platform. No personally identifiable information will be shared publicly.
10. Program Modifications
STRE.ME reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any SMS program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. Discontinuation of a program does not affect any other terms of your relationship with STRE.ME.
11. No Guarantee of Outcomes
STRE.ME SMS programs are designed to support behavioral change through structured prompts and reinforcement. Participation does not guarantee any specific behavioral, professional, or personal outcome. Results vary based on individual engagement and circumstances.
